Our engineers are all full employed by Dawsons and we do not outsource our work. All of our engineers are fully accredited with Bang & Olufsen and undergo a rigorous training course upon starting their roles, refreshers are carried out when new technologies appear to market . Our engineers apply a personal approach to their work and take great care when working in our clients homes. Engineers are an essential element to delivering the level of service our customers have come to expect of us. They are involved with the project from start to finish - surveying the required work during the proposal stage to supporting your system for many years after its commissioning.
