I had the great pleasure of visiting Bang & Olufsen at Dawsons in Bournemouth, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The staff—and the owner in particular—were true gentlemen. They answered all my questions with patience, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. I left not only with a smile on my face but also with a fantastic new pair of HX headphones.
The store itself is a real showcase. Dawsons offers an impressive selection of Bang & Olufsen products, from the compact Explore speakers to the exceptional Beolab 28 and 50. All of this is beautifully displayed alongside stunning televisions, set within a thoughtfully designed and elegant interior.
Needless to say I’ll be venturing back soon to collect some levels.

Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.
The demonstration of their sound systems and televisions was a delight, and the team showed me how it all sounded with different speaker groups playing. That helped justify going for the full surround system, and I left feeling confident in my purchase.

Dawsons AV converted our home from Wifi to Ethernet and also installed a new TV system.
The quiet professionalism that they displayed was impressive, as was their technical knowledge. They are also lovely people!
